Quantitative Determination of Botanyglycoside Content in Tongfeng Shule Capsule by HPLC

目的:测定痛风舒乐胶囊中芍药苷含量。方法:采用HPLC。结果:痛风舒乐胶囊中芍药苷含量为7.3mg/粒,该方法线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD=1.36%。结论:该方法简单、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

Objective： To determine the content of Botanyglycoside in Tongfeng Shule capsule. Methods： High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to assay the content. Results： The content was 7.3mg per granule. The linear relationship was good （r = 0. 999 7 ） . The recovery was98. 52%, and the RSD was 1.36%. Conclusion： This method, which was simple and accurate with good reproducibility, was proved to be used as the quanlitative controling index of Tongfeng Shule capsule.
