指出定额计价模式向工程量清单计价模式的转变是我国建设工程造价管理体制的重大变化,分析了工程量清单计价在工程招投标中的优越性,着重就其在工程招投标中的具体应用进行了详细探讨。

In this article, the author points out that the transformation from fixed pricing model to the pricing model of project quantity list is an important change of our Construction Cost Management System. The author analyzed the advantages of the pricing model of project quantity list in project inviting tender and stressed its application in project hiding.
