颞骨内面瘫面肌支配神经运动点的易伤性

The Difference in Vulnerability of Motor Points in Efferent Nerves to Face Muscles in Intratemporal Facial Paralysis

本文应用ＳＥＭ—４２０１型神经兴奋测试仪，对国人额肌、眼肌、口肌进行测试，得出各肌强度—时间曲线的正常阈值。通过各肌间阈值对比，得出眼肌阈值＜额肌阈值＜口肌阈值的结果，即眼支运动点兴奋性最大，最易受损伤。又对１６５例面瘫病人进行测试发现，眼肌失神经支配最多。

By using SEM-4201 nervous excitability measuring apparatus, the normal threshold value of strength duration curve of frontal muscles,ocular musclas and oral muscles was measured. The succession of threshold is obtained of ocular muscles-frontal muscles-oral muscles upon the comparison among them. The motor point of efferent nerve to ocular muscles is the most vulnerable with the highest excitbility. In addition, the threshold of strength-duration curve in 165 patients with facial paralysis was measured and ocular muscles are of the highest degree of denervation.
