摘要
研究了以Bi3-作催色剂的钼-硫氰酸铵-孔雀绿显色体系高灵敏光度法测定粮食中痕量钼的方法,缔合物的吸收峰位于680nm,表观摩尔吸光系数3.60×106L·mol-1·cm-1·钼浓度在0~100ng/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,研究了共存离子的影响,研讨了显色反应的吸附机理.
A high sensitive spetrophotometry for dempination of molybdenum in cereal has been developed. Bismuth (Ⅲ) was used to catalyze the reaction of reducing Mo (Ⅵ) to Mo(Ⅴ)by thiocyanate. The ion-association complex exhibits rnaximum absorption at 680nm, its apparant molar absorptivity is 3. 60 ×106L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~ 100ng/25ml for Mo (Ⅵ). The reaction mechanism has bo discussed. The methed has been applied to the determioation of Mo in cereai with satisfactory results.
