摘要
当前大学生心理健康存在某些需要认真关注的问题,与此同时高校心理健康教育也暴露出一些亟待解决的问题,为此,分析了当代大学生心理健康问题的现状、原因,并提出了高校心理健康教育应采取的措施。
University student＇s mental health has the problems that some needs to pay close attention to conscientiously at present; meanwhile, university＇s mental health education exposes some problems to be solved urgently too. The currem situation and reason of the contemporary university student＇s mental health problems are analyzed, the measures that university＇s mental health education should be taken are proposed.
