库存两年以上的稻谷水分值由原来的13.5%左右下降到11.0%或更低,从而降低了稻谷的加工品质及食品质量,根据待加工稻谷水分及需增湿水分值;采用机械加压通风增湿调节供风管道内的相对湿度,将水汽压入粮堆使谷粒自然吸湿并平衡水分。稻谷平衡增湿3.0%,出米率增加2.0%,大米精度提高一个等级。
13.5% moisture content of paddy was reduced to 11.0% after storage of two years and the proccessing quality reduced. Accurding to the moisture level requiment for paddy proccessing,the technique of aeration to .humidify paddy was adopeted. The RH in aeration pipe increased and the moisture was pressed into the grain bulk through the aeration pipe. The moisture was absorbed by grains and equilibriumed.The moisture content of the paddy increased by 3.0% , head yield increased 2.0%, the rice improved 1 grade.
