三种储粮害虫对防虫磷敏感性的试验报告

摘要 对浙江省46个县(市、区)、58个库点的100个品系试虫进行防虫磷敏感性鉴别。结果表明:29个玉米象品系中,敏感品系21个,占82.8%,轻度抗性品系5个,占17.2%。无显著抗性品系;29个谷蠹品系中,敏感品系23个,占79.3%,轻度抗性品系6个,占20.7%,无显著抗性品系;42个赤拟谷盗品系中,轻反抗性品系32个,占76.2%,显著抗性品系10个,占23.8%,无敏感品系。对11个代表品系试虫进行抗性程度测定,结果表明:最高抗性系数,玉米象为0.97,谷蠹为3.02.赤拟谷盗为10.6。上述数据为分析抗性发生和发展规律,合理使用防虫磷,制定延缓或防止害虫产生抗性的新对策提供依据。 100 insect strains collected from 58 warehouses in 46 counties in Zhejiang Province were identified for malathion - sensitivity, The results showed that there were 24 sensitive strains, accounting for 82.8%, 5 slight resistant strains, accounting for 17. 2% and no significant resistant strains in 29 insects of Sitophilus zeamais. There were 23 sensitive strains (79.3%), 6 slight resistant strains(20. 7%)and no signficant resistant strains in 29 Rhyzopertha dominica. There were 32 slight resistant strains (76. 2% ), 10 significant resistant strains (23. 8%)and no sensitive strains in 42 Tribolium castaneum. The results of rsesistant level tests for 11 typical strains showed that the highest resistant level was 0.97 for S. zeamais, 3.02 for R. dominica, 10. 6 for T. castaneum. The above data provided basis for analysing resistant development,applicating malathion, controlling resistant development.
