新疆高校产学研合作现状分析与对策研究

Analysis of Status Quo of the Cooperation Between Industry and Colleges or Scientific Institutes in Universities in Xinjiang and Countermeasures

产学研合作对经济增长、科技进步、社会发展发挥着重大作用,是现代科技发展与经济增长的根本要求。目前新疆高校产学研合作中存在着政府投入不足、科技成果应用性不强、利益分配机制不完善、相关政策不配套等问题,应通过加强高校应用研究、建立信息沟通平台、制定相应的优惠政策等措施推动高校产学研合作。

The Cooperation between industry and colleges or scientific institutes functions greatly on economic growth, scientific and technological progress and social development. It is the basic demand at modern development in science and technology and the economic growth. This paper analyses the current situation of the cooperation between industry and colleges or scientific institutes in universities in Xinjiang. Meanwhile, the authors propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about these problems.
