摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,成人教育必须提高教学质量、加强培养的针对性来应对社会不断提升的要求。由于成人教育的特殊性和复杂性,在其教学管理过程中必然会有相当多的因素发生作用,不同程度地影响到教学成效,因此要区分其中的可控与不可控因素,并尽可能将不可控因素转化为可控因素,从而使成人教育更好地服务于经济社会。
With the rapid development of the social economy, the quality of adult education should be enhanced. Meanwhile, it also should enforce the nurture with a clear aim to meet the developing demands of the society. Owing to the peculiarity and complicity of the adult education, there must be a lot of factors which will affect the teaching results to some degree. The controllable factors should be distinguished from those uncontrollable ones, and which in turn, should be changed into controllable ones as much as possible to make the education serve the society actively and effectively.
