摘要
根据谷物干燥的平衡水分理论以及长年统计的谷物收获期的气象信息，对我国谷物主要产区低温干燥的可行性进行了分析。分析结果表明，我国低温谷物干燥最适宜的地区为东北区和华北区。
Based on the equilibrium moisture content theory and the long term weather information of grain harvest period, an analysis on the feasibility of low temperature drying of grain in the main grain producting aeras in China was conducted. The analysis results indicated that the northeast aera and the north China aera are the most suitable aeras for low temperatuer drying of grain in China.
