福建省储粮害虫磷化氢抗性调研和技术对策研究

INVESTIGATION ON PHOSPHINE-RESISTANT STRAINS IN STORED GRAIN OF FUJIAN PROVINCE IN CHINA AND TACTICS OF CONTROL

在福建省9个地(市),21个县(市)100个单位的173个库点,采集了5个虫种173个品系。叶磷化氢抗性测定结果表明:象虫34个品系中,敏感2个,轻抗和显抗31个,抗性系数最高374倍,谷蠢56个品系中,敏感5个,其余51十为轻度和显著抗性,抗性系数最高达460倍。长角谷盗45个品系中,敏感2个,轻抗10个,显抗33个。赤拟谷盗35个品系都是敏感和偏于敏感。锯谷盗3个品系全部是敏感。文章总结分析了抗性发生和发展在药剂施用条件和方法上的原因,并在此基础上提出了延缓抗性发展的措施与方法。

5 species and 173 strains were collected from 173 warehouses in 21 counties of 9 cities in Fujian Province to investigate the resistant strains. The resuits showed that there were 3 susceptible strains, 31 slight and high resistant strains in 34 Sitophilus strains,5 susceptible strains,51 slight and high resistant strains in 56 strains of Rhyzop ertha dommica,the highest resistant livel 460 tines,2 susceptible strains, 10 slight and 33 high resistant strains in 45 strains of Cryptolestes minutus. 35 strains of Tribolum castaneum were all susceptible and slight susceptible strains. 3 strains of Gryzaephilus surinamensis were all susceptible strains. The. reasons, for occurrence and, development of insect resistance due to application of insecrisides were analysed and the methods that can delay the resistant development were put forword.
