摘要
企业工会工作虽属于基层工作、实际工作、具体工作的范畴,但同样也有加强理性思维、推进理论创新的需要。建工集团工会立足企业实际推进理论创新,在实践中逐步形成了企业工会工作的理论框架和工作布局。本着立足建立长效机制,增强工作的主动性、普遍性、适用性;立足研究和把握规律,增强工作的针对性、科学性;立足依法维权、依法治会,努力把有关工作纳入企业管理范畴,实现规范化、制度化的基本思路,在具体工作方式、方法和途径上也进行了不断的摸索与创新。
Trade union work in an enterprise is the principal and concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly bring forth new ideas in the theory, practice, method and style of work for trade union organization in an enterprise. In order to establish the enduring-effect system, master the general patterns and safeguard rights according to law for trade union organizations, it is of significance to raise the initiative, universality and applicability to work. Furthermore, trade union work ought to be scientific, regular and systematic. Presently, trade union organization in Beijing Construction Engineering Group has formed the basic theory framework and work setup.
