摘要 企业要提高自身的市场竞争力,就必须重视职工素质教育培训,通过加强培训提高职工队伍政治、文化、技术的整体素质,构筑企业人力资源的核心竞争力。企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,获得企业职工培训的最大效益,就要加快职工培训的创新发展,通过营造激发创新性的培训环境,培养职工的求知欲和创新力,引导广大职工自觉树立“终生学习”的新观念,把企业真正建成学习型组织,最终实现企业与职工的“双赢”。 In order to increase the competitive strength at the core of an enterprise, it is necessary to attach importance to constantly bring forth the new ideas in the framework of quality-oriented training to workers. Furthermore, in order to establish the learning enterprise and raise the overall quality of work force, it is of great significance to stimulate the creative ability and thirst for knowledge of staff members. And the winwin quality-oriented training can help workers to foster a sense of lifelong learning.
