摘要
目的制备盐酸水苏碱凝胶骨架缓释片及其体外释放特性研究。方法采用羟丙甲基纤维素K100 M为骨架材料,并采用微粉硅胶增加药物流动性,减少其吸水性,通过溶出试验评价缓释效果。结果本品在水中可持续释药8 h,释放规律符合Weibull和Higuchi方程,Peppas方程拟合曲线说明药物释放趋向Fick扩散。结论本品处方合理,制备工艺可行,体外试验具有明显的缓释效果。
Objective To prepare and determine the in vitro releasing characteristics of stachydrine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. Methods This tablet was prepared by HPMC K100 M et al. We used silicon dioxide to improve the liquidity of the medicine, and alleviate its moisture absorption. The sustained-release effect was appraised by dissolution test. Results It can be released continually for 8 hours in the water. The dissolution behavior fit Weibull and Higuchi equation, and the Peppas equation indicated the Fick diffusion of the medicine. Conclusion This formulation is rational, and the technology is simple, release and sustained.
