摘要
目的优选裂叶荨麻根中多糖的提取工艺。方法以总多糖含量为指标,用正交实验的方法对荨麻多糖的提取工艺进行优选。结果提取温度对多糖提取的影响最显著,其次是提取次数,提取时间和用水量对其的影响很小。结论优选工艺为:用10倍的水量在100℃下,回流提取3次,1h.次-1。
Objective To determine the optimum extraction of polysaccharides from Urtica fissa E. Pritz. Methods The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal design, with polysaccharides as the content index. Results The extracting temperature and the times of extraction influenced the content of polysaccharides most, while the duration of extraction and the amount of water used had little influence on it. Conclusions The optimum extraction procedure was 10 folds of water, refluxing and extracting for 3 times at 100℃, and 1 h for every turn.
