摘要 目的建立测定山银花中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用HPLC法,Hypersil BDS C18(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(磷酸调pH 3.0)=18∶82,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为323 nm,柱温为25℃。结果绿原酸在0.418-16.704μg线性良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.67%,RSD=1.25%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,分离效果好,灵敏度高,重现性好,可为山银花质量控制提供参考。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae. Methods HPLC method was adopted. The Hypersil BDS C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of MeOH-H2O (The water was adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 3.0) = 18 : 82. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 . The detective wavelength was 323 nm. Results The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid was in good linearity over 0. 418-16. 704 μg (r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 97. 67%, and RSD was 1.25% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Flos Lonicerae.
