摘要 目的对红接骨草进行生药学研究,为临床和进一步开发利用提供鉴别依据。方法用传统的方法对药材性状进行鉴定;用滑走切片法和徒手切片法对茎、叶进行切片,用常规的显微技术观察组织构造和显微特征;用一般理化方法进行理化鉴定。结果发现茎横切面中皮层和髓部宽广,其中含有较多草酸钙方晶和淀粉粒;韧皮部和木质部较窄;叶横切面中上下表皮具大量的,由4-6个细胞组成的结节状非腺毛;中脉维管束8-12束,排列成半圆形;侧脉维管束明显,紧挨栅栏组织下方。茎、叶粉末中纤维梭形,多单个存在,先端钝,壁厚,孔沟明显。结论运用以上方法进行鉴定具有快速、简便、省时、准确的优点。 Objective To conduct pharmacognostical studies on Didymocarpus hedyotideus Chun. so as to offer evidence for its further clinical use. Methods Characteristics of the crude drug were identified; its microscopic structures were observed and its physicochemical properties were studied. Results In the transverse section of the stem, cortex and pith were broad and contained some starch granules and square crystals of calcium oxalate. The phloem and the xylem were relatively narrow. In the transverse section of the leaf, there were many node-like 4-to 6-celled non-glandular hairs both on the upper-epidermis and on the lower-epidermis. Vascular bundles of the midrib, 8-12, were arranged in a semicircle Vascular bundles of the lateral veinlets were conspicuous, located closely beneath the palisade. In the powder of the stern and the leaf, shuttle-shaped fibers were mostly solitary; they were blunt at the tip and thickwalled, with clear furrows. Conclusion The identification above is rapid, convenient and accurate.
