摘要
采用两面角法,确定了850℃时 Cu-Pb,Cu-Bi 固液两相系中 Cu(固态)与 Pb(液态)、Bi(液态)之间的固液界面张力.试验结果表明:Cu-Pb 系和 Cu-Bi 系的固液界面张力分别为368±55mN/m 和336±35mN/m.该测定结果的误差范围明显小于国外文献报导的试验结果.通过界面检测,两面角φ尖端附近的 Cu 晶界无明显杂质富集.
The solid-liquid interracial tensions of Cu (solid)-Pb (liquid) and Cu (solid)-Bi (liquid) binary systems have been determined by the dihedral angle method.The results show that at 850℃ the interracial tensions are 368±55 mN/m for Cu-Pb system and 336±35 mN/m for Cu-Bi system,respe- ctively,the error ranges of which are more narrow than those found in some papers published abroad.In addition,there is no detective segregation of other solute atoms or compounds in the vicinity of the tip of copper grain boundary where dihedral angles formed.
