摘要
文章首先分析了读者失范现象的类型和成因,并对图书馆针对读者失范现象的预防措施和处理方法进行了评价。图书馆应树立“用户的一切过错都是有益的”服务理念,提高自身信息服务水平,从技术性角度更好地满足读者的文献信息需求,从根本上减少读者失范行为的发生。参考文献6。
This paper aims at analyzing the types and original causes of the phenomenon of reader' s regulation violation and has a comment on the preventive measures and handling methods which are taken towards the phenomenon of reader' s regulation violation in the library.This paper puts forward the service conviction: "All users' faults are beneficial'and this should be established in the library and should improve the level of information service to meet the demands of readers' document information from the technical angle and decrease the happening of readers' regulation violation basically in the library itself. 6 refs,
