摘要
分析了信誉的概念和作用机制,结合我国建筑项目产品交易现状和存在的问题,指出了我国当前在建筑行业中加强信誉管理的重要意义、努力方向以及政府在建筑行业信誉管理中的核心作用和方法,最后提出了相应的建议,包括建立并健全信誉评价制度、建立相关法规政策和构建质量诚信体系等。此外,政府在行业引导方面也可以有所作为,包括加大宣传、推行新的融资和承发包模式、优化招标办法等。
Based on the analysis about the present situation and problems in Chinese architectural product transaction this essay not only dissects the definition and functional mechanism of credit, but also advances the significance, direction and methods of strengthening credit management in current architectural industry. Relevant saggestions are put forward, which include establishing perfect credit evaluation system, constructing quality guarantee system and corresponding laws and rules. Moreover, it is advisable for government to give favorable instruction in architectural industry such as incressing propaganda, introducing new mode for finance and contract, optimizing bidding system, etc.
