抓住城市化契机 创新大型工程企业的经营及赢利模式

Seizing the Opportunity of Urbanization to Inaugurate the Operation and Profit Mode of Large Construction Enterprises

党的“十六大”提出了加快城市化的要求,这将需要建设大量的城市基础设施,从而为工程企业的发展提供了很好的机遇。本文通过分析目前工程企业的经营模式及盈利能力,指出工程企业应该采用BOT、工程总承包、合作开发等新的经营模式来提高盈利能力。

It is brought out that quickening the urbanization during 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China. A great deal of infrastructure needs to be built, and it will provide good opportunity for construction corporations. By analyzing the procurement mode and the profit capability of construction corporations at the present, this paper indicates that BOT and general contracting and cooperating exploitation should be adopted to improve the profit capability.
