Problems and Countermeasures of Implementing the Bill of Quantity Bidding in Large Industrial Construction Projects

在大型工业项目的招投标中,使用工程量清单对项目各个过程都有较高的要求。为提高科学管理工程项目的能力,对未达到理想状况的工程设计使用工程量清单招标。本文从业主、设计单位、招标代理机构等方面,做出统筹性综合考虑,提出控制建议和预防措施,尽量避免出现工期拖延、费用增加的情况。

BOQ（Bill of Quantity） has more requirements for all processes in the large industry project bidding. In order to improve the scientific management ability of construction project, and bid the project design which hasn＇t reached up to an ideal condition with BOQ, this paper plans as a whole considering all aspects from the proprietor, the design units, the hidding agency and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward the cantralling suggestion and preventive measurement to avoid the schedule delay and the cost increase.
