从多个角度分析了成本价的经济属性,对成本价的评审理论进行了深入地探讨并得出了其数学模型,据此理论展开了成本价评审方法的研究。最后,介绍了厦门市建设工程招标投标中对成本价评审的具体方法。

The paper analyzes the economy attribute of cost price from multi-opinion, and develops a mathematic model on the basis of the discussion of the theory of cost evaluation, and also studies the method. Finally, an example of cost evaluation in engineering construction bidding of Xiamen city is introduced.
