摘要 目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定银杏外种皮中黄酮苷含量。方法:采用Waters ODS C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇:0.4%磷酸溶液(60:40);检测波长:360nm;流速:1ml/min;柱温:27℃,以槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素为对照外标法定量。结果:银杏外种皮中黄酮苷含量为0.151%。结论:本方法结果准确、可靠,便于操作。 Objective: To determine the content of flavonoids glycosides in Ginkgo exotesta of fozhi by RP-HPLC. Methods: The separation was performed on Waters ODS - C18 column( 250mm × 4.6mm) with a mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol - 0.4 % phosphoric acid(60: 40), The column temperature is 27℃, the flow rate was lml· min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 360nm. The standard curves were made using quercetin , kaempferol and isorhamnetin by external. Results: the content of flavonoids glycosides in Ginkgo exotesta of fozhi was 0. 151%. Conclusion: This method was performed easily with better reproducibility and high accuracy.
