Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Gongxueting Granules by HPLC Method

目的:建立宫血停颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:线性范围为0．25-6μg(r=0．9990),平均回收率为97．24%,RSD=0．438%(n=6)。结论:该方法灵敏,准确,专属性强。

Objective:To set up the quality standard of Gongxueting Granules.Methods:An HPLC method was de- veloped.Results:The linear ranges of HPLC was 0.25—6μg(r=0.9990)The average recovery was 97.24%,RSD=0. 438%(n=6)。Conclusion:This method is reliable accurate and suitable for the determination of Icariin.
