2005年度镇江市中医院药物应用分析

Drug Application Analysis of Traditional chinese Medicine Hospital of zhenjiang City in 2005

目的:了解我院药物应用情况及现状,并对发展趋势,做出客观评价,以提供用药信息动向,为日后更好的减少患者医疗费用和负担,引导医师合理用药提供依据。方法:对我院2005年度西药的品种、用量、金额、用药频度以及限定日剂量情况进行统计、分析。结果:2005年度我院抗微生物类药物用药金额排在第一位,远远超过其他药物的金额,为2034308．94元,占总金额的53．83%,排在二、三位的分别是心血管类药物453257．93元,占8．32%;消化系统类药物357472．14元,占6．65%。结论:抗菌类药物在医院使用的西药中占主导地位,心血管系统类药物的使用依然起着重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the use of drugs, current situation and trend of the drugs＇development in the hospital and to make objective evaluation, in order to provide some refererce for production,sales and application departments, and also in order reduce the medicine expenses and burden for sufferes, provide an evidence for rational use of drugs, Methods：The variety,dosage,sum,DDDs and DDD of the drugs in the hospital was collected and analyzed in 2005, Result： The totle amont of money of the antibacterial was in the first place, far exceed the other drugs, the totle amount of money of antibacterial was 203408.94, take up 53.83 %. in the second and third were cardiovascular system drugs, 453257.93, take up 8.32%, and digestives system drugs, 357472.14, take up 6.65 %. Conclusion：The antibacterial drugs was in lead place in the using drugs in the hospital, the cardiovascular system drugs still play an important role.
