摘要
以制造执行系统(MES)框架模型和思想理念为指导,结合染色车间管理现状,建立基于MES的染色车间信息系统.该系统能弥补企业计划层和生产控制层之间的断层,提高生产效率、优化资源配置、降低物耗和能耗.然后较详细地讨论了MES系统中几个主要部分:染色车间集中监控系统、生产作业调度系统、生产能耗管理和考核系统.其中染色车间集中监控系统已在某印染企业染色车间得到了应用,并取得了良好的效果.
An information system in dyeing workshop based on manufacturing execution system (MES) is introduced. It is designed based on the structure model and thinking in MES combining with the current situation of shop management in dyeing workshop. This system could fill the gap between schedule layer and production control layer, enhance the production efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce the material and energy consumption. Then several main parts in MES system are separately discussed in more detail. They are central supervisory system in dyeing work- shop, production scheduling system and production energy consumption management and inspection system. The central supervisory system had been applied in dyeing workshop and obtained satisfied results.
