摘要
采用FEA计算三种不同拐角半径和接管结构的拉拔接管集箱的应力和变形分布状况.计算结果表明,其局部应力最大值发生在接管轴向平面的内拐角处,其数值与集箱、接管的径比、壁厚比、拐角半径等参数有关,其应力指数与ASME规范所推荐的数值相接近.在FEA计算的基础上分析了拉拔接管集箱的强度和疲劳寿命.结果表明,拉拔接管集箱结构安全,可用于工程推广.
The stresses of three kinds of drawing tube headers are calculated and analyzed by FEA. The calculation results indicate that the maximum local stress locates in the tube interior corner of the drawing tube's longitudinal plane. The maximum stress is related to the radius ratio of the header to tube, wall thickness, tube corner radius, etc. Calculated stress indices for nozzles are close to those of ASME. The strength and the fatigue life for these drawing tube headers are assessed according to the China Code and the ASME Code. These drawing tube headers are safe and durable.
