摘要
介绍了电子束合金化处理技术的原理及技术关键。通过对45钢采用预引入法涂敷WC、Co、TiC、Ti、N i、N iCr、Cr2C3、B4C等合金粉末进行表面强化,分析了强化后的表面性能,结果表明,经处理后的材料回火稳定性、表面硬度和耐磨性等均显著提高,使其可替代模具钢制造部分模具工作零件。
This paper introduces the principle of and the key to the disposal technology of the alloyed electronic beam. After steel 45 is superficially consolidated with alloy powder WC. Co. TiC. Ti. Ni. Cr2C3. B4C, the superficial performance is analyzed. The results states clearly that the tempering stability, case - hardening and wearability of the disposed material are improved dramatically that it can take the place of the mode parts of the mode steel production.
