国外木材切削刀具设计理论研究新进展

The New Development of Theory Research in Design of Timber Cutter Abroad

在综述国外木材切削刀具设计理论新进展的基础上,总结了国外木工刀具行业的先进技术和成果,特别是木工刀具检测技术的新进展。文章着重介绍了圆锯片研究、带锯条研究、刀具磨损和腐蚀、木材铣刀方面的新技术及木材高速切削的一些研究成果,综述了刀具设计和刀具磨损方面新的研究理论。

Based on summarizing the new development of design theory in timber cutter abroad, this paper not only sumed up the newly advanced technology of the vocation in timber cutter abroad but also summarized the new achievements in technology of timber cutter abroad, especially the new development in testing technique of timber cutter. The article put emphasis upon introduction of circular saw of cutting tool, the new technique in aspects of timber blade research, band saw blade research, wear and erosion cutter, some research achievements of timber high speed cutting and summarization in new research theories of cutter design and cutter wear.
