摘要
研究了一种大齿轮在位测量过程中,不精确定位对齿形误差影响的分析计算方法,运用坐标法测量时,此分析方法可以在每次齿轮不精确定位的情况下实现齿形误差的精确测量。该方法简化了齿形误差的分析与评定过程。
The new algorithm has been introduced, which is used during big gears' on-line measurement. When coordinate method used in measuring, the accurate measurement of gear form error can be realized by this method under the condition that gear positioning is not accurate. The new algorithm is simple and understandable, predigesting the process of the the accurate measurement of gear form error.
