摘要
传感器检测的信息准确性直接关系到控制系统决策的正确性。在关于小区域坐标测量技术的文献中,对光电器件的选择、具体电路的设计和应用论述不多。就传感器在检测信息的处理以及其传感器在坐标控制中的工作原理、基于CPLD的电路设计、结构设计进行了论述。利用光电式传感器测量位移及辨向原理的基本方法,得出了移动单元在不同参数设计和环境条件下的坐标变化测试结果。它具有灵敏度高、抗干扰性强、体积小等特点,有着广泛的应用前景。
The sensor is very important during testing the information accurate or not because it relates to the correctness of the whole systemic decision-making. Among mountains of literates about measure technology in diminutive area coordinate, the ones like how to choose photoelectric apparatus, the detail circuit designs and applications are less. This essay has a discourse upon as follow: how do sensors deal with the information during testing; the working theory of the sensor in coordinate control; the circuit designs and its structure based on CPLD. The essay brings out a basic method about how photoelectric sensors measure displacement and its direction distinguish theory. According to the method, it shows the testing results of a moving unit, whose coordinates will be changing with different conditions and different parameter designs. It has a broad prospect due to its advantages like high sensitivity, against interference and its small bulk.
