摘要
针对原有DCS系统监控软件实现的困难,在中科院NCS系列基于FF现场总线的实验平台基础之上,提出一种改进的基于FF现场总线和OPC技术的单回路液位控制系统中的动态矩阵控制方案,更好地发挥了FF现场总线与先进控制算法的技术优势。实验表明:该方案控制效果优于提供的内嵌PID算法,达到了预期的控制效果。
One improved method based on FF field-bus and OPC was proposed to carry out dynamic matrix algorithm in order to overcome the difficulty of carrying out control algorithms in the monitoring and controlling software of FF field bus for the single look liquid control, which exerts the technical advantages of foundation field bus and advanced control algorithm. Based on NCS system of China academy of sciences,which support only PID control algorithm,the method is more effective than the PID. As a result,the scheme turns out to excellent method.
