摘要
本文提出了一种基于流体流经弯头时动量变化与流动参数有关的原理,测量气力输送煤粉质量流量的方法。文中给出了数学模型、信号处理电路及主程序流程图,还给出了用滑石粉和煤粉为固体物料在两相流实验台上实验的结果并作了分析。这种测试方法的优点是可测试的固气质量混合比范围大,对输送流体的管径没有限制及流动阻力小。实验结果表明,这种测试方法是可行的。
This paper introduces a method of measuring the massflow of coal powder.It is based on that passing the elbow the momentum of the fluid is changed and its value is de- pended on the flowing parameter.A mathematical model,the electric block diagram and main program are illustrated,and the experimental results using talcum and coal powder as solid material are showed.The merits of this method are a large measuring range of mass mix- ture ratio of solid to gas,no requirement of the diameter of pipe which transfers the measured fluid,and small flow resistance.The experimental results exhibit this method is feasible.
