摘要
根据振动切削机理对超声振动钻削和普通钻削进行了分析和比较,设计出一种在摇臂钻床上加工小直径深孔的超声轴向振动钻削装置。并分析了超声振动钻削装置设计中的一些关键技术问题,为在摇臂钻床上加工小直径深孔提供了一种新的工艺方法。
Ultrasonic vibration drilling was compared with general one on the basis of vibration cutting principle. Ultrasonic longitudinal vibration drilling device for small-diameter deep holes was designed and applied to rockerarm drilling machine. Some key techniques were analyzed when designed vibration device, and a new method was put forward for small-diameter deep holes.
