摘要
分析了铜电解阳极加工铣耳的铣削特点,设计了铣刀,并进行了切削性能试验。实验结果表明铣刀铣削性能稳定可靠,可满足自动生产线连续作业的要求。
The milling characteristic of copper electric-anode tin earphones was analyzed and a mill was designed. The performance experiment of machining was made. According to experimental result, the milling performance of mill is steady, which satisfies the demand of continuous work of auto-production line.
