摘要
ADT850运动控制卡是基于PC机PC I总线的高精度伺服运动控制卡,它作为数控发生装置方便地用于各种运动控制系统中。本文详细地分析了步进式位置伺服系统控制方案并进行了软硬件结构设计。讨论了如何确定系统中步进电机的脉冲频率,从系统的误差和精度方面对系统的性能进行了分析。该系统在对数控系统的研究开发和实验教学中具有广阔的应用前景。
ADT850 is a kind of high-precision motion control card based on PCI bus of PC. This card can be use in all kinds of motion control system as numerical control setting. Stepping position servo system was introduced, and the controlling scheme of the system and its structure were analyzed. How to confirm the pulse frequency of the stepper motor in the system was discussed. The performance of the system, particularly the system error and precision were analyzed. The stepping position servo system has extensive application foreground in research and experimentation of numerical control system.
