基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的电液模拟仿真分析

摘要 电液模拟方法是运用系统相似原理,把液压系统比拟成电路系统,将液压回路(或液压单元)和液压系统转变成为结构和特性类似的电回路和电系统,运用现代电路理论分析研究。本文以南京某厂清障车NJ5056的液压系统为实例,通过电液模拟得出液压回路的系统相似模型,建立一个液压油缸的SIMULINK模型,运用MATLAB/SIMULINK的信号图形功能对该液压油缸的动态特性进行仿真,得出直观可视图表,验证实际工作特性,为今后的液压设计工作,提供较准确的仿真方法,减少了设计风险,缩短了设计时间。 The method of electrical-hydraulic simulation is the technique based on system similitude principle, which compares hydraulic systems and loops to electrical systems and loops, and analyze it with modern electro circuit theory. Taking the NJ5056 multi- function vehicle' s hydraulic system as the example, the SIMULINK model of a hydraulic cylinder was established. The simulation of the dynamic characteristic of this hydraulic cylinder was carried out by utilizing the figure and signal function of SIMULINK in MATLAB. The displacement curve and chart were got through the test, actual characteristic was validated. It will advance simulation precision, reduce design risk and shorten the time of project.
