摘要
当前,企业共同面对着发展循环经济和如何留住优秀人才的新课题。本文在对时代背景进行分析的基础上,引入绿色管理的崭新视角,运用心理契约、平衡积分卡等工具,积极探寻企业与员工的新型绿色关系模式,使企业在新世纪获取竞争优势。
In recent years all enterprises face the new tasks of sustainable economic development and top talented professionals retainment. This paper has introduced, based on its analysis on historical background, in new perspective of green management, psychological contract and balance score card to discover the new pattern of green relation between enterprises and their staff, so that the enterprises would obtain a competitive advantage in the new century.
