The extensive development of real estate in the past ten years in Beijing has changed its appearance enormously, but at the same time it has brought about a lot of problems as normally happens in the process of development in most other cities. The general planning of a city has a great and lasting impact on the real estate development. By analyzing the changes of real estate development and layout in Beijing in recent years, it is found that the changes of Beijing real estate coincides with the new general planning. That proves the adjustment of comprehensive planning has reflected the inherent requirement for the city＇s development. In the future, the developmental and layout orientation of real estate in Beijing should be comprehensive, planned and people-oriented.
