摘要
研究了碳纤维表面进行镀铜处理的镀液组分及工艺条件。电镀前先在马弗炉中600~800℃下对碳纤维进行氧化处理。镀液采用水浴加热,温度控制在35~40℃,电流密度为0.5~2.5A·dm-2,最佳pH值为9.0±0.5。采用本实验工艺在碳纤维表面镀铜,效率高,镀层均匀,厚度为1.5~2.0μm,基本上消除了“黑心”现象。
The bath composition and the technical parameters for copper plating on the carbon fiber surface were investigated in this paper. It is necessary to calcine the carbon fiber before plating in order to oxidize the fiber surface. The water bath-heating of these experimentations is pre-requisite. The test results indicates that the optimum technical parameters are 0.5 to 2.5 A·dm^-2 of current density, 9.0+0.5 of PH value. Under conditions one can achieve a high productivity and uniform plating layer. The thickness of the copper plating layer is about 1.5-2.0 μm, and the phenomenon of "black core" disappears.
