摘要
观测86例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者CD11b/CD18的表达,分析其与24h尿白蛋白排泄量(UAE)及TNF-α的关系。T2DM患者多形核嗜中性白细胞(PMN)CD11b/CD18表达高于正常人;伴有大量白蛋白尿的T2DM患者外周多形核白细胞CD11b/CD18表达高于伴微量白蛋白尿或正常白蛋白尿的T2DM患者;T2DM患者外周血PMN白细胞CD11b/CD18表达与促炎症介质TNF-α浓度正相关,与24hUAE正相关。
The measured level of CDllb/CD18 expression showed that type 2 diabetic patients, especially those with established DN, had a higher expression of CD11b/CD18 in peripheral blood PMN leukocytes than did normal people. There was a positive and significant correlation between peripheral blood PMN leukocyte CD11b/CD18 expression and 24 hour urinary albumin excretion. There was a positive and significant correlation between peripheral blood PMN eukocyte CD11b/CD18 expression and the concentrations of TNF-α as a symbol of chronic inflammation. There was no positive correlation between peripheral blood PMN leukocyte CD11b/CD18 expression and FBG or HbA1c.
