摘要
对人民代表大会制度、社会主义市场经济体制、宪法监督实施等我国宪法和宪法实施中的几个重大问题,进行认识和梳理,有着非常重要的意义,它们分别从不同的方面为构建社会主义和谐社会,实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,提供了有效的制度保障。
It is highly significant to discuss such important issues in China＇s Constitution and its implementation as the system of National People＇s Congress , the system of socialist market economy, and the constitutional supervision. These issues not only provide effective institutional guarantee for but also contribute from different aspects to the construction of a harmonious socialist society and to the building up of a comparatively well-off society.
