摘要
为了纺制赛络纺针织纱并提高成纱质量,针对FA502型细纱机的结构进行了改造,考虑到粗纱定量较轻,为增加纤维之间的抱合力,减少意外牵伸,选用两种不同细度的粘胶纤维混纺,同时,选择3.5 mm粗纱喂入间距、比同号数普通环锭纺纱偏大的捻系数、较轻的钢丝圈,使R 19.5 tex赛络纱比同号数的普通环锭纱具有条干好、粗细节和棉结少的特点,而且断裂强度大,单强CV值和重量CV值小,毛羽少。
To Spin siro spinning knitting yarn and enhance yarn quality, structure of FA502 spinning frame was innovated. According to smaller weight per 5 m, two kinds of viscose fibers were chosen to spin for increasing adhesion force and reducing false elongation. Choosing 3.5 mm roving feeding gauge, bigger twist factor( compared with the same count ring spinning yarn), softer ring traveler can make R 19.5 tex get better evenness, less slubs & thin places, less neps, bigger breaking strength, smaller single strength CV & weight CV and fewer hairiness.
