国家竞争力一定程度上取决于科技实力和企业的自主创新能力,作为一种智慧资本的“自主创新”,实际上早已成为发达国家企业最重要的竞争战略。发达国家企业专利管理与竞争战略高度整合,成为企业战略管理新的发展趋势。优化企业专利管理,提高专利绩效,已经作为发达国家企业实施“自主创新”战略,获取竞争优势的极为重要的工作。借鉴发达国家企业实施“自主创新”战略的经验,我国企业应转变观念,重塑企业知识产权管理模式;深化改革,建立和完善与企业发展相适应的知识产权管理机构与制度;企业自主创新应该由环境分析开始,始终围绕着市场需求进行;企业自主创新的动态管理,应该与业务流程再造的要求相结合;对不适应企业价值链的组织进行调整,保证企业自主创新战略弹性。从而优化自主创新战略,加强企业的核心竞争能力。

We shall adjust the enterprises value chain to ensure the flexibility of independence and creation strategy of the enterprises, so that independence and creation strategy will be made better and competition ability of the enterprises will be improved.
