摘要
在两座旋涡流化床冷态试验模型上测量了气体流场和颗粒质量流率,并进行了扬析试验。试验表明,切向喷入的二次风在悬浮段内造成强烈旋涡现象,形成颗粒悬浮层和内循环运动,并大大抑制了细颗粒扬析。旋涡流化床内颗粒停留时间长,气固相对滑移速度大。旋涡流化床能获得比鼓泡流化床高得多的燃烧和脱硫效率,又比循环流化床结构简单、投资省,具有广阔的应用前景。
Gas flows and particle mass fluxes were measured and elutriation experiments were conducted in two cold test models of vortexing fluidized bed.The tests show that the secondary air injected tangentially creates strong vortexes,establishes particle suspension lay- ers and internal circulation,and suppresses elutriation of fine particles greatly.The vortexing fluidized bed combustion has bright application prospect because of its much higher combus- tion and desulphidation efficiency than bubbling fluidized bed combustion due to long parti- cle residence time and large slip velocity between gas and solid,and its simpler configuration and lower cost than circulating fluidized bed combustion.
