摘要
可编程逻辑控制器是数控系统的重要组成部分.现有应用于数控系统的各种可编程逻辑控制器都存在着一定的局限性.本文提出一种基于RTLinux实时操作系统的软PLC系统,并将该系统应用于NC210数控系统中.经过实际测试结果表明,该系统能够满足数控系统对可编程逻辑控制器的要求.
The PLC is a main part of the CNC system. However, there are lot of limits to the PLC, which used in the CNC. This paper presents a new method to implement the control of the PLC, which is the SoftPLC based on the RTLinux real-time OS. Now it is applied to the development of the NC210 CNC system. Testing shows that, the SoftPLC can be fulfilled with the need of the CNC.
