PPARγ、PTEN、P27^(kipl)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨PPARγ、PTEN、P27kipl三种蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达、意义及三者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例子宫内膜癌、35例增生性子宫内膜及15例不典型增生子宫内膜的石蜡标本切片中PPARγ、PTEN、P27kipl蛋白的表达。结果1子宫内膜癌组织与增生性、正常子宫内膜组织比较PPARγ阳性表达率升高(P<0.01),PTEN、P27kipl阳性表达率则降低(P<0.01)。2在子宫内膜癌中,PPARγ的表达率在不同组织学分级、FIGO分期间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在肌层浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移及组织学类型间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PTEN、P27kipl的表达率在组织学分级、FIGO分期、肌层浸润程度间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而在有无淋巴结转移及组织学类型间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3在子宫内膜癌中,PPARγ与PTEN、PPARγ与P27kipl之间无明显相关性;PTEN与P27kipl表达呈正相关(r=0.636,P<0.01)。结论PPARγ、PTEN、P27kipl与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有一定关系,它们的表达与常用的预测预后的临床特征有关,因而对它们的检测对肿瘤早期诊断、预后评估有一定价值。
