氧化抗氧化失衡与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨氧化抗氧化失衡与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对采用高分辨超声检测技术筛选出的79例颈总动脉斑块形成患者(A组)、52例内膜中层增厚患者(B组)和36例内膜中层厚度正常患者(C组)进行静脉血浆还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)与氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)、还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NADPH)与氧化型辅酶Ⅱ(NADP+)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)和丙二醛(MDA)检测。结果A组与B组相比,B组与C组相比,GSH、GSH/GSSG减低(P<0.05),GSSG、GSH/GSSG氧化还原电位升高(P<0.05);A组与C组相比,NADPH、NADH/NADP+减低(P<0.05),NADPH/NADP+氧化还原电位升高(P<0.05);A组与B组相比,B组与C组相比,oxLDL、MDA增加(P<0.05);GSH/GSSG氧化还原电位与oxLDL呈正相关(r=0.817,P<0.001),随着动脉内膜增厚斑块形成,氧化还原电位逐渐升高,向氧化方向偏移。结论动脉粥样硬化与氧化还原态失衡向氧化方向偏移相关。
