Analysis and Measures of Establishing Emergency System of Burst Natural Disasters on the Metropolis

本文分析了我国城市当前所面临突发自然灾害影响,调研大城市突发自然灾害应急机制建立情况,在分析研究所存在问题的基础上,探讨了大城市应急机制建立中存在的突出问题,为政府提出了相关建议和对策。

In this paper, the effects of suffering from the burst natural disaster on the metropolis at present are analyzed, and the situations of establishing emergency system of burst natural disasters on the metropolis are investigated. Base on the analyses of the existing problems, the obvious problems of the establishing emergency system on the metropolis are discussed, and the related measures are proposed to the government.
